Since 1775, Americans have had a distaste for monarchs. They practically vomit at the idea of dynasties. It's simplistic but compelling.

ReplyDeletePersonally, I've had enough of Bushes and Clintons. It is absolutely draining. And it's polarizing at a time when that's unfortunately what American politics does best.
America is filled with wonderfully talented and bright people with a great ability to lead. I think the Bushes and Clintons have done their share. It's time to move on.
