Barack Obama is a guy who picks up words and phrases from Category A and Category B briefing papers so that he sounds knowledgeable but says nothing.Kind of like editorial columnists who lazily repeat right wing radio talking points instead of cogitating an original thought?
At least Obama actually reads the briefing papers before the bad shit predicted in them actually happens. Ahem...
