I've been wrong on practically every prediction in this bizarre little story. Still, no one will take my wagers. 3-2 Court of Appeals overturns Shoob's wacky decision. Any takers?
haven't the courts generally come down on the side of letting voters sort it all out on borderline cases...i guess definitions of borderline cases may vary...in augusta a couple of years ago the former fire chief was allowed to stay on the ballot in the mayoral race, claiming his downtown condo was his residence--despite his homestead exemption on a mcmansion in columbia county...
I predict it gets taken up by the GA Supreme Court directly. Beyond that, I have no idea what they will do with it.
