Clark Howard On SB31
Previously I mentioned Clark Howard's distaste for SB 31 (allows Georgia Power to charge for plants not yet built). Now you can hear for yourself.

How do we get this out to the people of Georgia? Why has there been so little resistance to this misrepresentation by our Legislators and Elected Officials? Why isn't big business to pay their (huge) consumption of electricity? Why do we keep electing this crowd of power hungry, money thirsty legislators? When will they have the people in their utmost concern? Now is their time to shine, and they do us in worse than ever! Are we to be silent...? and not say anything?
