Tunica: Day Three - Stax


I'll admit as I stood in Studio A listening to the session tapes of Dock Of The Bay and gazing at photos of the late Otis Redding, I choked up a little.

Thanks, Grift. I work at the Stax Museum and walk through the exhibit every day and still get choked up every time. I think the exhibit says as much about the strength of his widow, Zelma Redding, as it does about Otis.

Stax is the bomb, and the recent movie they made about it is great too...

Loved every minute of being there about 2 years ago.

Should have gone to the Ornamental Metal Museum too, it's a gem of a place on the river
