Moussaoui jury will render sentencing verdict at 4:00pm EDT.
The question has to be asked. Do people really care? Will this trial end up in the same dust bin as Jim Garrison's quixiotic "only trial on the Kennedy assassination"?
UPDATE AND CORRECTION: The jury has decided that Moussaoui is ELIGIBLE for the death penalty. Now they have to go back and decide if he SHOULD get it. Oy!
