The lawyer bloggers at Volokh weigh in on McDade distributing the Genarlow Wilson tape.
So do the libertarian bloggers at Reason.
People with a hell of a lot more legal mojo than me seem to think McDade violated state ethics laws. Some even go so far to suggest federal prosecution is necessary.
McDade loosed a genie when he started handing this tape out. Now another genie is loose and I don't believe this one will be easy to cork back in the bottle either.

Grift, a news story came on 11alive last night and I was telling my wife that you have been following this thing since Feb. They need to let that kid out of jail. Thats for sure. You have done well with your coverage.
Thanks Steve. Apparently Obama alluding to a case in a speech the other night. It's now beyond our borders. The Supreme Court hearing next week might be a complete circus.
