Love Shack owner was found in contempt by District Judge James Thrash for "willfully and deliberately" violating his 12-21-06 order mandating the Love Shack reduce its adult inventory below a significant amount.
Cornetta is to be fined $1000 per day retroactively to 12-21-06 and as long as he remains in violation up until 3:00pm tomorrow.
Cornetta views the ruling as a victory as he is allowed to stay in business and stay out of jail.
