In not-Foley Land, N. Korea may have just tested a nuclear device.

Another member of the nuclear club. A very, very scary member.

UPDATE: Watching CNN and though there is still no absolute confirmation the Pentagon does believe a weapon was tested.

UPDATE II: It's going to be several hours before the test can be definitively confirmed but Washington believes it happened. I'm going to bed with a small prayer that the world will still be here in the morning.

UPDATE III: Defense Tech is calling it a dud. A bunch of nuclear engineering mumbo-jumbo but a dud none the less. Sounds like we could have another case of ol' Kim thumbing his nose at the rest of the world.
