You've got to admit it's cute to tell readers "how to call a water buffalo." Now they've got the picture of that little baby's feet, which was on Drudge all day yesterday. It's OLD NEWS. AJC.com operates in a vacuum. They don't seem to know what's going on around them.
It is interesting how they call those things. We actually used to say coy-IT! to call the cows. I suppose I should be proud audio of how to call and feed livestock is on the front page of the city paper.
There are a few folks out in Carrollton raising water buffalo too. They come to the county AG Center each year for the fourth grader heritage days exhibition. They are pretty interesting animals, and my students really liked seeing them. If I remember right one guy told me they use the milk to make mozzerella cheese. Who knew?
