Here Comes Alberto
As I sit here in the library, Tropical Storm Alberto sits a few hundred miles off the gulf coast. We are already seeing bands of clouds overhead. Hopefully later we will see some rain. The good side of a tropical storm is it's an instant drought breaker. We have had two days of rain the past two months and we need some bad.

Worse than the winds and the rain, Tropical Storm Alberto plans on eavesdropping on all Floridians' phone calls without a warrant while he's there.
